I am still the same – 12 stone 12 Lbs after a few weeks of taking Ripwire.

I have deliberately tried to not increase or decrease my excercise purely to be as scientific as such an unscientific trial and review process could be.

If I had started a new excercise regime or method at the same time as starting using Ripwire obviously I could not know that any weight loss was down to purely Ripwire – or the excercise – or possibly the 2 magnifying the effect of the other.

It may come to a point where possibly Ripwire is not working purely on its own – then I will likely start excercising more in tandem with taking Ripwire fat loss supplement daily. Again any subsequent fat loss is not going to be very scientific in its ability to either recommend Ripwire or otherwise because we are not going to know what the effect of the excercise on its own would have. I would only be able to get a rough judgementn feel for whether the Ripwire has helped eg given me more energy to work out or if I were to lose more weight than I might othewise expect from a pure excercise workout regime. Who knows – anyway – if and when that workout time comes I will let you know. I will probably let Ripwire do its thing for another few weeks – then make a decision mid April

I am still 12 stone 12 Lbs – have been for the last week – so the first weeks glory has tarnished somewhat by not losing any more weight.

Maybe I am expecting too much too soon – but the first few days loss of 4 Lbs was good – but expected from just focusing on eating less.

The hunger suppression part of Ripwire is certainly working – I am feeling less hungry between meals. So if you suffer from wanting to snack a lot between meals and feeling hungry between meals then Ripwire fat loss supplement will probably help you

I am still 12 stone 12 Lbs – but the scales did a few crazy things – said I was 13 stone 5 – then 30 seconds later I was 12 stone 13 (which is an impressive weight loss…) – then 12 stone 12 – so now I am not sure what weight I am – so I am going to have to get some new scales. I will get some old-school weighing scales – not the digital type which I currently have.

I am fairly sure I am 12 – 12 based upn the average result that the current scale are saying – but it will be best to get some new ones – so I will keep you posted on that.

The Ripwire supplement is still decreasing the feelings of hunger between meals and I am consciously eating less – which should in theory mean weight loss – although I am mindful that the body can go into starvation mode and store fats for possible future use – so I am definitely not wanting that – so am eating normally - just slightly less.

When I get the time – hopefully in the next few weeks - my plan is to add a forum so everyone can start chipping in with their own results more.

My own results so far I have been quietly content with. The main noticable part so far has been the decrease in hunger between meals, and a loss of just over 4 pounds now after 5 days. I dont like to say “WhooHoo” too soon only to find out that the wieght loss reverses andn you start stacking it back on. So far so good.

Yes it is good to loose weight, it is better to keep it off and stay slim and healthy long term. That is my goal – slim and healthy – not just slim – and not just slim soon – slim and healthy long term.

I hope you’re liking these Ripwire reviews so far – early as it is. Please note I can only give you my current views and opinion. It might turn out that in 2 months I think it is not worth the money to buy it – or that I think it is awesomely, amazingly superb. I just dont know yet. We’ll see…

Until then, keep reading the Ripwire reviews …

I have been taking what is descriped on the Ripwire bottle as the ‘Mild’ dose. That is 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. It suggests starting with the mild and ramping up to the intensive if/as needed. Intensive is marked as 3 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon.

Obviously the dose would effect

How quickly I get through the bottle and therefore theh monthly cost, and

How effective the fat loss or weight loss is (logically – but necessarily – if it doesn’t work at all then more of it would mean more nothing)

The fat loss so far has been OK. Maybe now I will ramp up to 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon, maybe for 1 week, then see how we go from there

Todays Ripwire Review – Its the same…

I just weighed myself again this morning, before breakfast and without heavy clothing – and I am 12 stone 12 still, as I was 2 days back, so I have levelled there at the moment.

This is fairly normal with any fat loss or weight loss system – to lose a rapid drop then level – then hopefully lose more again.

I had a crappy, stressful work day yesterday and my wife and I needed a break so we had an Indian curry – which , although it wasnt big, probablydidnt help in the whole fat loss game. It was tasy though

The Ripwire continues to helps massively with the between meals hunger suppression which I guess should be a good thing for fat loss. This hunger reduction seems to be the only or most noticable factor of Ripwire so far. Maybe there has been a bit of an energy raise – but not massive.

Its still early days

Before I started using Ripwire I was 13 stone 2 Lbs.

Now I am 12 stone 12 Lbs

That is 4 pounds off already. I am gently pleased with it although I am being realistic…

I have always found with myself and hearing the same from others – that when you go on any kind of diet or simply increase your awareness of how you are eating, you lose weight – by the simple fact of being more aware of how much or little you are eating – because you tend to strive towards eating less, and hence lose weight.

That said, 4 pounds off in 4 days I am not complaining about

I am fairly sure the weekend wine didn’t help the fat loss.

I try to stick fairly strictly to a “Weekend Wine” rule – and usually succeed…

That is, I dont drink alcohol during the week. This for health reasons. I really enjoy good wine and some beer. If it weren’t for the adverse health implications I would let myself see off a good bottle a day.

So I allow myself some wine and beer etc at weekends then steer completely clear during the week.

(I have tried all manner of giving up, and controlling my alcohol intake. Stopping completely, total abstinense, 1 glass a night only, 1 glass on alternate nights etc… Maybe it is my lifestyle, whatever, but the only thing that seems to work for me is sticking to total abstinense during the working week then allowing myself some at weekends)

So at weekends, the additional wine etc would realistically be fighting against any Ripwire fat loss, adding more fat on.

That said, because I felt less hunger this weekend just gone, I drank less along with that. OK, a *bit* less…

And the lack of hunger seems to be continuing.

So far so good…

The main thing so far is no hunger…

I have now been using Ripwire for 2 days. I can’t say I have felt a surge of energy and do not have a sudden desire to climb everest or run a couple of marathons before lunch – but then again poor ole’ Ripwire is fighting a losing battle – I was up at gone midnight last night cleaning up the contents of my son’s stomach (ich) so the sleep deprivation is fighting a good fight against any energy boost that Ripwire might otherwise be giving. Maybe.

But the main thing I can report – a noticeable and drastic absense of hunger between meals.

This is a major thumbs up to Ripwire so far. I have never tried other hunger suppressants before but have researched a few and every other hunger suppressant I have read about had some pretty serious side effects, like irritability, depression, lows, mood swings or worse.

And I am happy to report no such effects or mood swings here.

Obviously the lack of hunger means less drive to stick food – good or bad – into my face – so less weight going on that way. I’m not a massive snacker but am prone to picking at food between meals. So the lack of hunger pushing me harder to nibble between meals is a good thing.

I am not doing any surge of excercising deliberately so I can see if any weight loss is directly attributable to taking Ripwire. So I intend to just continue with the moderate excercise I do normally – walking the dogs over the fields a few times a weeks, maybe a game of squash a week, lifting weights from my home office a few times a week, and the excercise from the usual run-around of having 4 kids. I will let you know if and when I get a manic urge to throw my weights around all day every day

That is all so far – the main thing is absense of hunger between meals – which means less snacking – which means less calories going in – which means less mass going on!
